Alton: Andrew Joseph Christopher Carlton, 30, passed away at 12:34pm on Friday, November 6, 2020, at his residence. He was born on January 12, 1990, in Los Angeles, California, the son of Darren and Robin (Hartley) Carlton of East Alton. In addition to his parents, Andrew is survived by four sisters and brothers in law: Darreth and Andrew Naylor of Cottage Hills, Desiree and Joel Naylor of Godfrey, Donea and Robert Largen of Godfrey, Deanette and Steven Meyer of Wood River, his twin brother: Zachary Carlton of Chicago, his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family and friends. Andrew enjoyed fishing. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Don and Catherine Carlton, his maternal grandma: Jeanette Hartley, his nephew: Jonah Naylor, and his uncle: Mike Cobbel. In celebration of his life, memorial visitation will be from 4pm until time of memorial services at 7pm on Friday, November 13, 2020, at House of Victory Church in Cottage Hills. Rev. Tim Naylor will officiate. Private burial will be at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto. Face masks will be required and social distancing guidelines will be adhered to. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family.
