Alton: Abigail Noelle Mangrum was born and went to be with the Angels on Thursday, December 18, 2014, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Clayton, Missouri. Survivors include their parents Robert and Amber (Stephens) Mangrum of Alton, great grandfather Ralph Short of Marion, Illinois, grandparents Gleen and Connie Stephens of Eldred, Illinois, grandfather Melvin Mangrum of Overland, Missouri, aunts and uncles Aileen and Louie Lodes of O’Fallon, Illinois, Andy Stephens of Roxana, Illinois, Kelley and Earl Mangrum of Overland, Missouri, Angie Bailey of South Roxana, Illinois, and cousins Dylan Highley, Lexi, Trevor, and Chase Lodes, of O’Fallon, Illinois, and Corey and Brandon Bailey of South Roxana, Illinois. They were preceded in death by their great grandparents Lois and Chester Pruitt, and grandmother Deloris Mangrum.
