Amy J. Zimbelmann

Cottage Hills: Amy J. Zimbelmann, 34, passed away at 1:55am on Saturday, June 3, 2017, in the emergency room at Alton Memorial Hospital. She was born on March 7, 1983, in Alton, the daughter of Harry Zimbelmann of Cottage Hills and the late Patricia (Ressman) Zimbelmann. In addition to her father, survivors include one sister: Kayla Zimbelmann of Cottage Hills, one brother and sister in law: Shaun and Lisa Zimbelmann of Cottage Hills, and one niece: Gabriella. Amy was employed as an aide for Help at Home for over 5 years. She was a member of River of Life Church in Alton. In accordance with her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. In celebration of her life, memorial visitation will be from 1pm until time of memorial services at 3pm on Wednesday, June 7, 2017, at Pitchford Funeral Home in Wood River. Pastor Fred Church will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family.
