Christopher Milligan

East Alton: Christopher Milligan, 52, passed away at 9:30am on Friday, January 8, 2021, in East Alton. He was born on October 25, 1968, in Alton, the son of the late Herschel Warren and Virginia Lee (Gee) Milligan. He married the former Rebecca Reine and they later divorced. Survivors include a son: Logan Reine of Jacksonville, North Carolina, two grandchildren: Knightly Reine, Lily Reine, two sisters: Candy and Mark Long of Boerne, Texas, Cindy and Dave Totzell of Marion, Illinois, two nephews and their wives: Josh and Brooke Toner of Fosterburg, Matt and Kristen Toner of Bethalto, and many other extended family and friends. Chris was a graduate of Ranken Technical School in St. Louis. Cremation rites will be accorded. Due to the current Covid 19 restrictions, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
