Collin S. Rives

Edwardsville: Collin Rives, 14, passed away at 9:15am on Tuesday, January 31, 2017, at SSM Cardinal Glennon Hospital in St. Louis. He was born on July 19, 2002, in Alton, Illinois, the son of Wade and Kobe (Daubenspeck) Rives of Edwardsville. In addition to his parents, survivors include his sister: Keira Rives of Edwardsville, his brother: Carter Rives of Edwardsville, his maternal grandparents: Bill and Judy Daubenspeck of Wood River, his paternal grandparents: Stan and Chris Rives of Edwardsville, Barbara Guiney of Cottage Hills, his two aunts: Kim Donaho and her companion: Todd Lewis of Pawnee, Illinois, Tammy Meneses of Alton, and many cousins. Collin loved to play video games and Star Wars. In celebration of his life, memorial visitation will be from 12pm to 4pm on Saturday, February 4, 2017, at Pitchford Funeral Home in Wood River. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Kellsie’s Hope Foundation and will be accepted at the funeral home.
