Cpl Ryan Marsteller

Quantico, Virginia: Cpl Ryan Marsteller, 21, formerly of Hamel, passed away at 10:50am on Wednesday, November 4, 2020, at his residence. He was born on November 7, 1998, in Downers Grove, Illinois, the son of Dwayne and Rebecca (Kusnierz) Marsteller of Hamel. In addition to his parents, survivors include his brother: EMN3 Sean Marsteller of Goose Creek, South Carolina, his grandparents: Don and Dianna Marsteller of Crest Hill, Illinois, Deborah Kusnierz of Bethalto, his great grandma: Lillian Kusnierz of Lisle, Illinois, his uncles and aunts: Doug and Julie Marsteller of Woodridge, Illinois, Dean Marsteller of Wilmington, Illinois, Richard and Kathleen Kusnierz of Darien, Illinois, many cousins, and other extended family and friends. Cpl Ryan Marsteller served our country in the United States Marine Corps. Cremation rites will be accorded. In celebration of his life, a private celebration will be held. Due to the current Covid – 19 restrictions, a public celebration of life will be held at a later date.
