Craig Scroggins

East Alton:

Craig Scroggins, 65, passed away at 9:42pm on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Alton Memorial Hospital. He was born on March 21, 1960, in East St. Louis, Illinois, the son of the late Eugene and Shirley (Patterson) Scroggins. Survivors include three brothers and two sisters in law: Kevin Scroggins of Edwardsville, Todd and Nheela Scroggins of Edwardsville, Bryan and Holly Scroggins of Wood River, one niece: Michelle Atkins, and many other extended family and friends.

Craig was employed in the maintenance department at Scott Air Force Base. He was a member of Glenview Church of the Nazarene in Glen Carbon. He loved hunting and fishing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two nephews: Austin Scroggins and Mason Scroggins.

In celebration of his life, memorial services will be held at 11am on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Glenview Church of the Nazarene, 400 Glen Carbon Road, Glen Carbon, Illinois, 62034. Pastor Chuck Wiegand will officiate.

Memorials are suggested to Glenview Church of the Nazarene and will be accepted at the services.
