Danielle E. Nyswonger, 49, passed away at 8:30pm on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at her residence with her family by her side. She was born on June 15, 1975, in Brampton, Ontario, Canada, the daughter of Dorothy (Blew) English of Alton and the late Walter English. She married Marty Nyswonger on March 26, 1994, in Caseyville, Illinois. She lives on through Marty, her two daughters and sons in law: Trincy and Chris Beasley of Rosewood Heights, Valerie and Scott Anderson of Rosewood Heights, her son: Brett Nyswonger of Alton, two grandchildren: Erica Beasley, Kenny Beasley, two sisters and brothers in law: Laurel Hollister and Valnor Scerri of Alton, Anna and Gary Dyson of Rosewood Heights, brother and sister in law: Stephen and Leaphida Hollister of Tustin, California, a niece: Serena Hollister, a nephew: Andrew Hollister, and many other extended family and friends.

Danielle was deeply passionate about being a mom, and was always her family's biggest supporter. She cherished attending her kids' activities and took great pride in being an extraordinary Mimi. She was also a beloved bus driver for the Roxana Community Unit School District #1.

In celebration of her life, visitation will be from 2pm to 5pm on Sunday, November 17, 2024, at Pitchford Funeral Home in Wood River. Graveside services will be held at 12pm on Monday, November 18, 2024, at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto. Rev. Royce Roy will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Refuge and will be accepted at the funeral home.
