Gilbert Adams

Brighton:

Gilbert L. Adams, 75, passed away at 4:20am on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at White Hall Nursing Home. He was born on August 27, 1949, in Anna, Illinois, the son of the late Harvey and Lucille (Hubbs) Adams. He married the former Karen Ann Smith in 1971 in East Alton and she survives. Other survivors include a daughter: Nicole Pellegrini of St. Louis, two sons and daughters in law: Jason and Teresa Adams of Brighton, Bradley and Leslie Adams of Brighton, four grandchildren: Sarah Geisen, Natalie Adams, Dylan Adams, Brandon Adams, Chandler Adams, and many other extended family and friends.

Gilbert was formerly employed at Smurfit and later worked at Skyline Towers.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother: Kenneth Adams.

In celebration of his life, private graveside services were held at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.
