Glen A Rhoades

Glen A. Rhoades, 54, passed away at 12:30am on Tuesday, September 10, 2013, in the emergency room at Alton Memorial Hospital. He was born on January 9, 1959, in Alton, Illinois the son of the late Herbert and Hilda (Iverster) Rhoades. Survivors include two brothers and a sister in law: Rick and Barb Rhoades of Alton, John Rhoades of San Bernardino, California, two half sisters and their husbands: Lisa and Ron Holt of Temple Terrace, Florida, Robin and Shawn Millard of Pensacola, Florida, several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, his girlfriend: Janet Storey of Cottage Hills, and other extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. In celebration of his life, visitation will be from 10am until 12pm on Saturday, September 14, 2013, at Pitchford Funeral Home in Wood River. Following the visitation and in accordance with his wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. Memorials are suggested to the family.
