Wood River:
Holly D. Kincaid, 74, passed away at 4:05am on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at Alton Memorial Hospital with her family by her side. She was born on December 12, 1949, in Lafayette, Indiana, the daughter of the late Jack D. and Barbara J. (Wilson) Harden. Survivors include a son: Kirk Donaldson of Denver, Colorado, a daughter and son in law: Dawn and Jacob Reitsma of Hanford, California, seven grandchildren: Wesley Downer, Kristen Downer, Amanda Barajas, Devin Ochoa, Tristan Ochoa, Rianne Ochoa, Rylee Ochoa, two brothers and sisters in law: Greg and Debbie Harden of Alton, Scott and Rebecca Feezel of South Roxana, a sister and brother in law: Paula and Richard Klekamp of Bethalto, two step – sisters and their husbands: Lillian and John Manning of Edwardsville, Jean and Lloyd Owens of Rochester Hills, Michigan, many nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
Holly worked as a nurse at Barnes – Jewish Hospital in St. Louis for many years prior to her retirement. After retirement, she worked in the utilization review department at Coventry Health. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, crafts, computers, cows, pigs, and turtles. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Wood River.
She was preceded in death by her dad and step mom: Jack and Lois Harden and her mother and step dad: Barbara and David Walston.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded.
Memorials are suggested to the First Christian Church Missions Committee in Wood River.
