Jordan Alexander Dupy

Roxana: Jordan Alexander Dupy, 20, passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2014. He was born on September 22, 1994, in St. Louis, Missouri the son of Jay E. and Christine D. (Pogue) Dupy. Survivors include his dad: Jay Dupy of Glen Carbon, his mom: Christine Pogue of Roxana, one brother: Andrew Dupy of Roxana, his maternal grandparents: Marian and Doug Draugelis of St. Louis, Lester and Margaret Ann Pogue of Jonesboro, Arkansas, his paternal grandparents: Jerry and Marlene Dupy of Maryville, his uncles and aunts: Lance and Shannon Pogue of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Amanda Pogue and her companion: Jim Boatright of St. Louis, Jeff and Jill Dupy of Wood River, his great aunt: Sister Joan Dyreks, O.S.F. of St. Louis, and his cousins: Dominic, Mia, Jordan, Raylee, Isabella, Jada, and Joli. Jordan was a 2013 graduate of Metro East Lutheran High School in Edwardsville where he played football, basketball, track, and baseball. He attended Missouri State University where he was member of Delta Chi. He was attending Lewis and Clark Community College in Godfrey. He was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church in Edwardsville. He was preceded in death by one uncle: Paul J. Pogue. In celebration of his life, memorial visitation will be from 3pm to 8pm on Friday, December 26, 2014, at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Edwardsville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30am on Saturday, December 27, 2014, at the church. The Very Reverend Jeffrey Goeckner will be the celebrant. The family requests no flowers. Memorials are suggested to the Andrew Dupy Education Fund that will be established at First Clover Leaf Bank, Edwardsville, Illinois. Memorial donations will be accepted at the church.
