Judith Deanna Virgin

Judith Deanna Virgin, 84, passed away at 12:52pm on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at Jerseyville Nursing and Rehab. She was born on May 1, 1940, in Hartford, the daughter of the late Fred and Volena (Kessinger) Smith. Survivors include a daughter: DeAnna McGrew of Los Gatos, California, a son and daughter in law: Brandon and Joy Virgin of Franklin, Tennessee, two grandchildren: Olivia Virgin, Ethan Virgin, a niece: Kristin Chapman Beasley, a great niece: Brooke Beasley Harms, her children and grandchildren, Victoria (Jimmy), Jonathan (Sabrina), Owen, Allyson, Angelina and Evander and cousins Sue Murphy and Kathy Murphy.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister: Ruth Chapman, a cousin: Georgia Murphy, and a great nephew: Blake Beasley.

In celebration of her life, graveside services will be held at 2pm on Friday, December 20, 2024, at Wanda Cemetery in South Roxana.

Memorials are suggested to charity of the donor’s choice.
