He was born at 6:38am on Wednesday, October 18, 2017, at Barnes – Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, the son of Chad and Trisha (Walter) Middleton of Godfrey. In addition to his parents, survivors include one brother: Connor at home, maternal grandparents: Michael and Shelly Connor of Alton, paternal grandparents: Guyet and Janet Middleton of Augusta, Missouri, and Veronica and John Dupilka of Wright City, Missouri. Private funeral services were held on Wednesday, October 25, 2017, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Alton. Father John Luong was the celebrant. Burial followed at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Alton. Memorials are suggested to St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
