Marcella E. Beavers, 74, of White Hall, passed away Sunday, August 30th in Jacksonville. She was born February 23, 1952, the daughter of Grover and Elizabeth Wood Turner. She married Jerry D. Beavers May 5th, 1970, in Jerseyville, Illinois, and he preceded her in death, March 2019. Survivors include five daughters, Deanna Foster of Eldridge, Iowa, Marla Beavers of Porum Landing, Oklahoma, Donnell (Jeff) Tupper of Roodhouse, Sally Beavers of White Hall, Jerri Beavers of White Hall, twelve grandkids Dustin Beavers of Eldridge Iowa, Lyndeana (Tyler) Parsons of Pike Road, Alabama, Victoria Tupper of Jacksonville, Billy Balcom of White Hall, Ashley Tupper of Jacksonville, Ethan (Christina) Beavers of White Hall, Johnathan (Caitlin) Hayes of Roodhouse, Trenton (Samantha) Balcom of Brighton, Sabre (Travis) Bennett of Lewistown, Jessica (Cody) Goode of Roodhouse, Adam Witwer of Jacksonville, Josee Foster of Davenport, Iowa, twenty – five great grandkids, three sisters Linda (Larry) Crane of Delhi, Patty Stimson of Gillespie, Geanna Griffith of Medora, three brothers James Turner of Colorado, David Turner of Tennessee, and Lynn (Cornellia) Turner of Texas and numerous nieces, and nephews.

Marcella loved antiques, garage sales, listening to audibles, dancing, and spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by the love of her life Jerry, her parents, her older sister Carolyn Beavers and her younger brother Thadeus Turner.

Graveside services will be held at 11am on Friday, September 4, 2026, at Richwood Cemetery on the Roodhouse Black top. A celebration of her life held immediately following the graveside services until 3pm at Barrow Baptist Church 1496 NE 160 Ave., Roodhouse IL 62082.
