Marsha Estes

Marsha Marie Estes, 72, passed away at 1:13pm on Monday, December 22, 2025, at her residence. She was born on July 3, 1953, in Alton, the daughter of the late BA and Ruth Marie Wardein. She married James Ray Estes and he preceded her in death on May 26, 2018. Survivors include her longtime companion: Roger Dale Frankford of Bethalto, a brother: Jim Wardein of Alton, and many other extended family and friends.

Marsha was formerly employed as a cashier.

In celebration of her life, memorial visitation will be from 5pm until time of memorial services at 6:30pm on Monday, January 5, 2026, at Pitchford Funeral Home in Wood River.  Walter McCaslin will officiate.
