Bethalto: Mildred A. Michael, 81, passed away at 3:24pm on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at Barnes – Jewish Hospital as a results of injuries that she sustained in an automobile accident. She was born on July 12, 1935, in Granite City, Illinois, the daughter of the late Harold and Mildred (Woods) Morgan. She married George Michael and he preceded her in death on February 14, 2014. Survivors include three daughters and sons in law: Debbie and Winnie Dale of Alton, Peggy and Terry Riley of Prescott, Arizona, Karen and Thomas Bononi of Livingston, Illinois, three sons: Allan Osburn of Jerseyville, Scott Osburn of Tucson, Arizona, Kenny Osburn of Los Angeles, California, seven grandchildren and their spouses: Sarah and Chris Seniker, Gianna Burdick, Joshua and Sonny Grant, Tonya and Dave Kinser, Teresa and David Honeycutt, Jennifer and Caleb Polk, Matthew Bononi, three step grandchildren: Winfred Dale III, Jonathon Dale and his wife: Ashley, Jamie Waggoner, ten great grandchildren, two sisters and a brother in law: Virginia and George Daubman of Alton, Barbara Ramme of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, many nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends. A homemaker, Mildred enjoyed crocheting, craft shows, and bowling. She was a member of the Red Hat Society. In accordance with her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. In celebration of her life, memorial services will be held at 10:30am on Saturday, May 20, 2017, at Family of God Church, 224 Linton in Wood River. Rev. George Daubman will officiate.
