Nancy Sumner

East Alton: Nancy Sumner, 66, passed at 8:17pm on Friday, November 6, 2020, at Barnes – Jewish Hospital. She was born on March 8, 1954, in Alton, the daughter of the late Howell and Rita Marie (Reilley) Sumner. Survivors include three sisters and two brothers in law: Sue and Dennis Dorris of Worden, Julie and Bob Garibaldi of Glenview, Illinois, Mary Elliott of East Alton, one brother: Jim Sumner of East Alton, many nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends. Nancy was employed in the food and beverage industry. She also worked at PET Industries. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters: Debby and Cathy. Cremation rites will be accorded. Memorials are suggested to the Siteman Cancer Center.
