Patricia Darlene Bumgardner

Alton: Patricia Darlene (Durham) Bumgardner at the age of 65, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones. She was born May 5, 1955 to the Lloyd and Wanda (Hardwick) Durham. Survivors include two daughters and a son in law: Kristi and Patrick Haverkamp of Brazil, Indiana, Traci Aller of Cottage Hills, a son and daughter in law: Carl and Alicia Nelson of St. Charles, Missouri, nine grandchildren: Caitlyn and Alyssa Haverkamp, Greg Morgan, Sami Sweetin, Ashley, Dakota and Austin Nelson, Emma Morrissey and Sylvia Aller, nine great grandchildren, three sisters and a brother in law: Cindy Boud and her husband: George of East Alton, Tammy Beran of Alton, Lisa Durham of Alton, two brothers and sisters in law: Lloyd and Diane Durham Jr. of Troy, Illinois, Donald and Mary Durham of Alton, many cousins, nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends. Patricia was a retired CNA who enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Her favorite time in life was seeing her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a kind and loving person who was always willing to lend a helping hand to family, friends, and others. She was wonderful mother, sister, daughter, aunt, grandma, and great grandma. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother: Garry and a sister: Ruth Ann. In accordance with her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. The family will hold gravside services at 12pm on Saturday, August 29, 2020, at Valley View Cemetery in Edwardsville. Memorials are suggested to American Diabetes Association.
