Paul Meyers

Rosewood Heights:

Paul Meyers, 56, passed away at 1:30pm on Sunday, March 24, 2024, at his residence. He was born on December 28, 1967, in Chicago, the son of Nancy (Truesdell) Meyers of Rosewood Heights and the late Thomas H. Meyers. He married Yolonda Meyers on April 29, 1995, in East Alton, and she survives. In addition to his wife and his mom, he is survived by a daughter and son in law: Ashley and Sam Haas of Bethalto, a son and daughter in law: Mathew and Zoe Meyers of Fort Collins, Colorado, a granddaughter: Eloise Haas of Bethalto, a brother and sister in law: Todd and Carolyn Meyers of Kalamazoo, Michigan, his mother in law: June Fox of Rosewood Heights, a brother in law and sister in law: Shawn and Stephanie Fox of Wood River, and many other extended family and friends.

Paul was employed as a truck driver at Beelman Trucking for the last fifteen years. He enjoyed BBQ’ing and listening to music in his backyard.

In addition to his dad, Paul was preceded in death by his father in law: Lonnie Fox.

In celebration of his life, visitation will be from 5pm until time of memorial services at 7pm on Thursday, March 28, 2204, at Pitchford Funeral Home in Wood River. Pastor Kody Stewart will officiate.

Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association and will be accepted at the funeral home.
