Paula Knight

East Alton: Paula Knight, 56, passed away at 11:33am on Saturday, February 13, 2021, at her residence. She was born on April 28, 1964, the daughter of Samuel and Alberta (Rhyne) Knight. Survivors include her father and step – mother: Samuel and Nora Knight of West Frankfort, Illinois, her mother and her companion: Alberta Knight and Wayne Hellemeyer of Rosewood Heights, a daughter and son in law: Amanda and Cole Hargis of East Alton, five grandchildren, four great grandchildren, two sisters: Donna Heitzman and her companion: Dennis of Mosinee, Wisconsin, Rhonda Blair and her husband: Danny of East Alton, two brothers: Samuel Knight of East Alton, Michael Knight and his wife: Becky of Wood River, two half brothers: Rudy Knight of Southern Illinois, Brett Knight of Southern Illinois, many nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends. Paula was employed for many years at Olin. She then was the kitchen manager at Clifton Country Inn in Godfrey. Cremation rites will accorded. In celebration of her life, private memorial services will be held. Memorials are suggested to Shriners Hospitals for Children, 4400 Clayton Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri.
