Paula J. Miles

Rosewood Heights: Paula J. Miles, 74, passed away and went to be with the Lord at 10:21am on Saturday, July 16, 2022, with her family by her side. She was born on February 16, 1948, in Tuscon, Arizona, the daughter of the late Arley and Vivian (Qualls) Greer. She married Nick Miles on January 27, 1968, in East Alton and he preceded her in death on December 25, 1995. Survivors include two sons and daughters in law: Aaron and Katie Miles of Wood River, Nathan and Julie Miles of Wood River, a daughter: Nicole Miles of Edwardsville, seven grandchildren: Jayden, Nicholas, Haven, Axton, Skylar, Noah, Saige, a sister and brother in law: Arlene and Earl Arseneau of Hazelwood, Missouri, a brother: Ron Greer of Wood River, many nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends. Paula was formerly employed for Dr. Naguib and Dr. Danny Younger. Paula then went to work for Roxana Community Unit School District #1 as a bus driver and transportation coordinator. In addition to her parents and her husband, Paula was preceded in death by a grandson: Nash Miles. Visitation will be from 4pm to 7pm on Friday, July 22, 2022, at Vaughn Hill Church of Christ in East Alton. A celebration of Paula’s life will be held at 11am on Saturday, July 23, 2022, at the church. Andrew Owens and Brian Magnuson will officiate.
