Robert Lynn Hill

Pearl: Robert Lynn Hill, 58, passed away at 2:15am on Monday, August 3, 2015, at his residence. He was born on October 20, 1956, in Jerseyville, the son of the late Theodore and Ruth (Fulks) Patton. Survivors include two daughters: Stacy Hill and her fiance’: Philip Cunningham of Brighton, Carrie and John Lara of Texas, three grandchildren: Brianna Hill, Nathan Walker, Jr., Donovan Mathis, three grandchildren in Texas, four sisters: Mary Bosoluke of Alton, Dorothy Hewlett of East Alton, Donna Cooper of Wood River, Vickie Williams of Alton, two brothers: Jesse Hill of Pearl, Paul Hill of Fosterburg, and many other extended family and friends. He was formerly employed at Ron’s Auto Body as a body man. He loved fishing, hunting, and building hot rods. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters: Pearl and Luella. In celebration of his life, memorial visitation will be from 4pm to 7pm on Friday, August 7, 2015, at Pitchford Funeral Home in Wood River. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family and will be accepted at the funeral home.
