Ryan L. Halter

Alton: Ryan L. Halter, 33, passed away at 6:15am on Saturday, July 11, 2020, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born on October 2, 1986, in North Carolina, the son of Hugh and Cheryl (Ferguson) Halter of Alton. In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters and brothers in law: Alli and Matthew Piocos of Alton, McKenna and Jessie Riley of Alton, a niece: Mila, a nephew: Leo, and many other extended family and friends. An open house style celebration of life for Ryan will be held from 4pm to 7pm on Friday, July 17, 2020, at Post Commons in Alton. We would love for those who personally knew our Ry Dog to feel free to join us inside Post Commons (masks appreciated). If you personally did not know Ryan but want to show support for him or the family, we would love for you to drive by & honk or yell or cheer him. There will be a box on the patio to leave cards/donations to Beverly Farms. We have felt huge love & support from our wonderful community ~ Blessings from the Halter, Piocos & Riley Clans!
