Sherain Wallace Morton

Sherain Wallace Morton, 83, passed away at 6:55pm on Saturday, September 2, 2023, at Robings Manor in Brighton. She was born on October 17, 1939, in Alton, the daughter of the late John and Birdie (Staten) Baker. She married James Morton and he preceded her in death on December 18, 2020. Survivors include two sons and a daughter in law: Jeff Wallace of Bethalto, Michael and Carol Wallace, Sr. of St. Louis, two grandchildren: Tara and Brad Picket of Dorsey, Michael and Heather Wallace, Jr. of St. Peters, Missouri, two great grandchildren: Taylor Pickett and Cheston Pickett.

Sherain was formerly employed at Gatleys and Hickory Farms.

In accordance with her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded.
