Ted Catt

Alton: Ted W. Catt, 64, passed away at 1:43pm on Thursday, January 13, 2022, at OSF St. Anthony’s Hospital in Alton. He was born on January 2, 1958, in Alton, the son of the late Charles “Bill” and Mary “June” Catt. He married the former Loca Sunderland on June 30, 2009, in Alton, and she survives. Other survivors include three step – daughters: Amy Sunderland of South Roxana, Starla Bell of South Roxana, LeAnn Hamilton of South Roxana, nine grandchildren: Zachary Stewart, Dominick Rodriguez, Keven Rodriquez, Bryan Rodriguez, Damion Gaona, Adriana Gaona, Gia Gaona, Luna Aroca, LeAnn Aroca, a great grandson: Oscar Pruitt, a niece: Hailey Catt, and many other extended family and friends. Ted was employed at Sibic Trucking Company in St. Louis as an over the road truck driver. He was a member of the Misfitz. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son in law: Daniel Bell. In celebration of his life, a memorial visitation will be from 1pm to 3pm on Saturday, January 22, 2022, at Pitchford Funeral Home in Wood River. Memorials are suggested to the charity of the donor’s choice. Due to the current CDC guidelines, face masks are required.
