Theresa B. Moore

Wood River: Theresa B. Moore, 55, passed away at 8:50am on Saturday, December 5, 2015, at Barnes – Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. She was born on June 24, 1960, in Alton, Illinois the daughter of John T. Kochan of Wood River and the late Wilma J. (Davis) Kochan. She married Charles “Chuck” Moore on June 14, 1980, in Wood River, and he survives. Other survivors include one daughter and son in law: Heather and David Sanders of Bethalto, one son: John Moore of Wood River, three grandchildren: Emma Moore, Payton Sanders, Harper Sanders, two sisters and a brother in law: Mary Stewart of Florida, Barbara and Robert Swanson of Barrington, Illinois, one brother and sister in law: Steve and Thelma Kochan of Wood River, several nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends. A homemaker, she was a member of Holy Angels Parish in Wood River. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. In celebration of her life, memorial visitation will be from 4pm until time of services at 7pm on Wednesday, December 9, 2015, at Pitchford Funeral Home in Wood River. Father James Flach will officiate. Memorials are suggested to Masses or to the 5A’s and will be accepted at the funeral home.
